Friend –

On Friday, we won a major battle and forced Dougherty County election officials to count absentee ballots that were delayed due to a number of factors, including Hurricane Michael.

And just yesterday, we filed yet another suit against the Secretary of State’s office and a number of counties for actions they are taking to reject absentee and provisional ballots. Some officials have been discounting ballots for incredibly arbitrary reasons despite good faith efforts on the part of eligible voters.

These are just a couple examples of the kind of work our team is doing to defend democracy in Georgia. We are going to continue fighting to ensure that every ballot in every single one of Georgia’s 159 counties is counted.

We will use every resource at our disposal, including filing even more lawsuits if necessary. It won’t be easy, and it won’t be cheap, but this fight is absolutely worth it. Can we count on your support?

Chip in $3 to support our team as we fight to defend democracy in Georgia.

We are in this until the very end, and we hope to have you fighting beside us.
